Since early 2005, in-Form design has provided on-call architectural representation for over 117,000 square feet of retail space at Peter Cooper Village/Stuyvesant Town.

Our scope of services for this on-going project include:

• coordination with PCV/ST’s on-site retail tenant coordinators and leasing departments
• ensuring adherence to the owner’s retail tenant design criteria
• review of the retail tenant’s architectural drawings for building code and life safety conformance
• review of the retail tenant’s architectural and signage drawings and providing marked-up comments and reports highlighting design and construction issues for client review

Our ability to provide fast mobilization, reaction and turnaround time is essential to this work, allowing tenant’s to keep their projects on-track during Owner-Tenant coordination phases.
