Responding to unprecedented company growth, the project program for Bloomberg’s Data Center called for the consolidation of the client’s electronic data and administrative staff, formerly housed in separate, nonadjacent areas of this former industrial shipping building.

Critical to the program was the need for a single point of entry into the facility which also includes an extensive data processing facility. Program requirements included a common reception area, conference center, employee pantry and workstation spaces.
